I think 
for the new movie Bond, it just came out in theaters in Japan on August 2 2008, normally the subbed version you are gonna have to wait, it’s gonna be at least 6 - 12 month until fansubbers can get the DVD and sub it. It depend on when the DVD version will be released. Maybe you can see it latest by this late 2008.
